There is shared access to a yard that boasts a 150 year old pecan tree and a shared driveway. There is no access to the the front house.

You're a quick uber ride away from Uptown, Knox / Henderson, Lower Greenville, Downtown, White Rock Lake and SMU.

This is an up and coming neighborhood with a great deal of new development and tons of new townhomes popping up all over the street with some potential for construction noise.

Prior to submitting a reservation request, ensure that your profile is updated with government ID and includes a profile photo. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 2 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 2 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
